Welcome to the Studio RUVE FAQ. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about purchasing, downloading, and using our digital products.

1. How will I receive my files after purchase?
All Studio RUVE products are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files immediately through the order confirmation page. No physical items will be shipped.
2. What can I do if I didn’t receive my download email?
Sometimes the email may land in your spam or promotions folder, so please check there first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at contact.studioruve@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend your download link as soon as possible.
3. Can I use Studio RUVE products for commercial purposes?
You’re welcome to use the files within your own business for client presentations, projects, and internal use.
However, resale, redistribution, or claiming the designs as your own is not permitted.
4. What if I’m having trouble opening or using the file?
Most Studio RUVE files are delivered as PDFs or Canva templates, which can be opened in any standard PDF viewer or directly in Canva. If you’re having technical issues, please reach out and we’ll gladly help you access your files.
5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. If your file is corrupted or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll ensure you receive a working version.
