All Studio RUVE products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we’re unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Please take a moment to read each product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or need assistance choosing a product, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help before you buy.

In the unlikely event that your file is corrupted or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact.studioruve@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll make sure you receive a working file as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

Studio RUVE is not responsible for issues caused by your device, software, or internet connection once a digital product has been delivered. Before purchasing, please ensure your device and software are compatible with the file type.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in our product descriptions and files, but we cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.
